Processing Time

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (within South Africa): [7-14 business days]

    • International: [8-16 business days] (may vary depending on customs)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • You can track your package using the link provided.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to Africa, Asia, North and South America, etc.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or restricted areas (if applicable).


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

  • If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist if possible.
